UR College of Agriculture Fees Structure

Prospective students are to adhere to the following fees payment methods and apply them accordingly. These are applicable to all students who officially register for programs at the UR College of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine. UNDERGRADUATE FEES STRUCTURE

Fees are divided into two categories :

A. Administrative fees

These are mandatory fees related to academic services like application for admissions, registration, medical and health insurance. Some of these fees are paid once and others are paid annually.
• Application Fee : 5000 Frw
• Student Medical Insurance : 7000 Frw
• Student Life Insurance : 2000 Frw
• Student Union Contribution : 1000 Frw
• Registration Fee : 50,000Frw

B. Tuition fees

• 1,600,000 Frw : For Privately sponsored students
• 2,000,000 Frw : Government Sponsored students
Note : Same fees apply to International Students

POSTGRADUATE FEES STRUCTURE

A. Administrative fees

• Admission fee : 12,000 Frw
• Registration : 90,000 Frw
• Student Medical Insurance : 8400 Frw (Student with valid medical insurance scheme is not concerned)
• Students’ life insurance : 2000 Frw
• Student Union Contribution : 1000 Frw

B. Tuition fees

Masters Programmes
• Local & EAC : 3,000,000 Frw
• International : 4800 USD

PhD Programmes

• Local & EAC : 4,200,000 Frw
• International : 13,500 USD
